100% of financial donations to Hello Ghana go directly to our projects in Ghana.

We depend on private donors, foundations, and external sponsors to cover everything from our staff salaries to event and office costs. Their investment allows us to holdfast to one of our initial criteria at Hello Ghana: to have 100% of public financial donations go directly to the children of Ofaakor.

Why is this important? We believe that when you give financially to a charity, there should be no secrets about where your money is being spent. Our Executive Board meets quarterly to assess the needs of the Good Shepherd Orphanage and where the funds raised will be maximized. We then make these figures public to our donors, because we feel you have the right to know where your money is going. Check out our books here.
